Sally’s massage studio is located at her home in Isleworth. She will take time to understand what you would like to get out of your massage. Sally uses her knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology and her Yoga training to create a bespoke experience to suit you. Her massage is a holistic, relaxing treatment both physically and mentally.
The aim is to release tension in the mind, body, and the muscles. Massage is very effective at tackling stress and involves the use of gliding and kneading movements with the hands to manipulate the soft tissue skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Some deeper massage techniques may be used in tight or knotted areas. Massage helps to improve skin and muscle tone, improves circulation, and aids lymphatic drainage to rid the body of toxins.
One to One Sessions
Sally uses her training as a Yoga and Meditation teacher and her knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology and Massage to create a bespoke holistic experience to suit your individual needs. One to One sessions can either take place online or at her home studio in Isleworth.
If you are recovering from a specific illness, operation or injury Sally can design a gentle Yoga practice tailored for you to assist in your healing and recovery.
Sally also works with people who are dealing with difficult stressful experiences, her holistic approach to her Yoga teaching is aimed to give her clients the tools to cope with whatever life throws at them through breathwork and meditation.
