Hatha Yoga Classes
Sally’s Hatha Yoga classes focus on the 8 limbs of Yoga philosophy. Sally believes Yoga isn’t about the perfect posture, she enables the student to discover what feels right for them and to breathe correctly using Yogic Pranayama through their practice. Close awareness is brought to alignment to ensure a safe experience that flows through the body. Sally also teaches Meditation to enable her students to find some stillness in the mind.
Sally’s main aim is to give her students Yoga tools to use both on their mats but more importantly to take into their daily lives.
